How much are your services?

I offer a variety of packages ranging from testing your baseline metabolic health, diving into your hormones, and overcoming the challenge of weight loss resistance. Prices include all lab testing + my time in providing my services.

Can I pay using an FSA or HSA?

In some cases, yes! It depends on the terms and conditions of your particular account. My payment system is set up to accept participating FSA/HSA's, so if you have a card you can simply use your benefits card at checkout.

Can I make payments?

Yes, my checkout system is integrated with AfterPay, which allows for a payment option.

Do your services replace my regular doctor?

No.

My services are considered to be for wellness coaching/educational purposes only.

It is important that you maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for things like screenings, urgent care, medications, hospitalizations etc.

Should you have a lab test result in a critical abnormal range, I will contact you promptly and recommend that you seek care from your healthcare provider.

Are these the same quality tests that I would receive from my regular doctor?

All of the panels through LabCorp are processed by the same gold-standard testing from CLIA and CAP certified laboratories that your regular doctor would order.

Most functional tests are not covered by insurance and therefore not offered by traditional doctors, however many are FDA approved or have been validated by clinical studies. I am happy to provide information about any functional test you have questions about.

Can I add a test to my package?

I have access to a variety of tests through Labcorp as well as a variety of functional testing companies. Looking for something you don't see on my site? Shoot me a message and I'll let you know if I can accommodate your request.

Are you a registered dietician?

I am not a registered dietician, therefore the nutritional advice I offer consists of general tips for healthier eating (i.e. avoid processed foods & refined sugars, education about healthy fats etc). If your medical condition requires specific dietary guidance, please consult the services of a dietician.

How long will we be working together?

This depends on the package you purchase.

Metabolic Baseline: 30 days

DUTCH women's hormone mini package: 60 days

4 Month Weight Loss Resistance Package: 120 days

Can I use my insurance?

I do not accept insurance.

Many functional tests are not covered by insurance.

I encourage anyone with insurance to investigate what is covered and what is not in conjunction with their primary care provider's services, and encourage anyone to ask their provider for any specific lab tests you are interested in.

What health issues do you address?

Some common issues I can help with are: metabolic dysfunction, hormone balancing, women's health issues, autoimmunity, thyroid issues, digestive issues, insomnia, weight loss resistance and more.

How does the Weight Loss Resistance program work?

The program begins by obtaining comprehensive labwork to assess for metabolic dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, or nutrient deficiencies. Following that, I will be recommending dietary guidelines based on your individual situation, recommending an exercise program based on your starting point, and implementing any lifestyle adjustments needed to optimize your health. I do not offer personal training, but rather provide guidance in navigating your fitness on your own. There are weekly coaching phone calls to discuss your progress and make any adjustments necessary.

How long does it take to see results with the Weight Loss Resistance Program?

Everyone is different! How fast you see results will depend on the level of imbalance at which you begin as well as your commitment to making change. The goal is to implement permanent lifestyle changes and improvements. The truth is that making lasting change can be difficult and requires a mindset shift - if you are not willing to do the hard work and make meaningful changes to your diet and lifestyle, you will most likely not see results. However, it CAN be done with guidance and accountability - I would love to partner with you in your journey to better health!
